Portsmouth comic con Part 3

12th May

Again it was another early start, Rachel had us up by 8am to get back down to the Guildhall ready for the final day, it was a warm day, not as hot as yesterday thankfully but still very warm.

The gates open and soon people where flooding in, our tent outside the Guildhall quickly became busy, again my adaption of War of the worlds did Really well as did our mystery bags where we offer an arrangement of goodies plus a book. I noticed that there is something about mystery bags that people like Rachel came home with 4.

We were busy throughout the day making sales left and right, Rachel disappeared a few times to go look round the con again and came back with some goodies including another ice cream, but I can't blame her because it was parked right outside the comic village tent.

By 4 o'clock the con started to fizzle out and by close at 5pm the comic village was dead, the marshals started to get everyone to leave so that the vendors could start packing away and they could start taking down the rest of the con. Rachel made quick work of our stall and by 5.30pm it was just an empty table. We said goodbye to our neighbours from the scheming goldfish, they do a lot of cool stuff for dungeons and dragons and we headed back to our hotel with our suitcase of stock lighter than before.

Thank you to everyone at the Portsmouth comic con, we had a lovely time and we Will be back again next year.
